Orders are processed and shipped within 3 weeks, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Everything in my shop is handmade and made to order by me, so I kindly ask for your patience and understanding while I create your piece.

Every clay trinket is made in Auckland, New Zealand. Each piece is carefully sculpted by hand using polymer clay, making no two exactly the same. Little quirks or marks might appear from the handmade process - but that’s part of their charm ♡

New Zealand orders:

• NZ Post tracked shipping: 8NZD (3-5 business days)

• Local pickup available in Newmarket, Auckland (by arrangement)

International orders:

• Standard tracked shipping: 20-33NZD (10-15 business days)

Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. I’m not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Import taxes and duties are included in the shipping cost and paid upfront before the parcel is delivered, so customers will not be charged any additional taxes or fees when their order arrives in their country.

Each charm is sealed with UV resin for extra shine and durability, but please handle gently - dropping or bending may cause damage. Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to prevent yellowing. To clean, use a soft, damp cloth and lightly wipe the surface to bring back that glossy finish ♡
