Orders are processed and shipped within 3 weeks, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Everything in my shop is handmade by me, so I kindly ask for your patience and understanding while I create your piece!

Orders can be expedited and shipped within 3 business days for an additional fee of $5 USD per item. Please contact me through Instagram or email if you require this service.

New Zealand Orders

• Standard shipping: FREE (3–5 business days)

• Local pickup available in Newmarket, Auckland (by arrangement)

International Orders

• United States of America: 9 USD (6–13 business days)

• Americas (excluding USA): 6 USD (6–13 business days)

• Europe: 6 USD (6–13 business days)

• Australia: 4 USD (3–6 business days)

• South Pacific: 4 USD (6–13 business days)

• Asia: 5 USD (6–13 business days)

Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. I’m not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier. The above delivery targets are estimates provided by NZ Post, and delays may occur. It's best to order early for gift purchases!

˚࿔ duties and taxes

For orders shipped to the United States of America, shipping is sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the shipping cost and paid upfront before delivery. Customers will not be required to pay any additional import charges when their order arrives.

For all other international destinations, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Each piece is carefully sculpted by hand using polymer clay, making every creation one of a kind. No two items will be exactly the same, and slight variations in colour, shape, size, and finish are to be expected.

Small imperfections, tiny marks, or subtle quirks may be present as a result of the handmade process. These unique characteristics are a natural part of handcrafted items and add to the charm and individuality of each piece. ♡

Each charm is sealed with UV resin for extra shine and durability, but please handle gently - dropping or bending may cause damage. Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to prevent yellowing. To clean, use a soft, damp cloth with water and lightly wipe the surface to bring back that glossy finish ♡
